We are looking for a Transitions Specialist who is detail-driven, strategic, and passionate about managing seamless client onboarding and process transitions in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Role Overview
This role focuses on managing end-to-end transition activities for clients and internal operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, process migration, and operational readiness across teams and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage transition plans, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth process transfers
- Analyze workflows, systems, and documentation for optimization opportunities
- Identify risks and implement mitigation and contingency strategies
- Allocate and coordinate resources across people, systems, and infrastructure
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and transition trackers
- Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Experience in project management or transition management (BPO experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of BPO operations and process optimization
- Familiarity with project management tools and workflow systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience handling client onboarding or large-scale transitions
- Familiarity with Agile or similar project delivery frameworks
- Exposure to process improvement methodologies
